And so we wait, in breathless anticipation of what massive and far-reaching decisions were made at this morning’s financial summit hosted by professional litigator and sometime mayor Mark Funkhouser. Will taxes petty fees be increased? Will we be forced to make spending cuts? Will we be unable to defend certain local personalities in frustrating lawsuits?
